Direct Patient Services

Patients who are self paying or 'cash pay' clients are able to schedule through their referring provider or directly with Image Now Diagnostics. Patients will be billed directly from their ordering provider but will have the option to schedule exams directly with us if they choose. Direct patient service exams are very affordable and include interpretation by our board-certified radiologists. Depending on a patient's insurance plan coverage, our direct service rates may cost less than their co-pay.

Client Insurance Billing

Providers wishing to add an additional revenue stream while adding significant patient savings are welcome to our client insurance billing service option. Here, your staff schedules your patients on specified days, and we handle all of the admin and patient care. Your billing staff send out claims for the services provided, and we are happy to assist with coding information as needed. We simply charge for the services schedule, leaving your office the ability to enjoy patient savings, exceptional imaging, and increased practice revenue.

Interpretation Services

For those physicians that aren’t able to interpret their own studies, we have board-certified radiologists ready to provide interpretation services.

PACS Image Management & Archival

Our client practices will have 24/7 access to their images and reports via our PACS system and scheduler. Referring a patient out to a specialist? Burn a CD right off of our system for the patient to take with them. Missing a report that didn’t make it through to your fax machine? Log onto our HIPAA compliant portal with ease from any computer, and pull your report immediately. Our system makes management of your images/reports a breeze.
